The project was commissioned to design a multifunctional space for the elderly in Fuzhou, blending local cultural elements with modern architecture. The design incorporates iconic elements such as horse-head walls, banyan trees, and reclaimed wood, creating a rustic yet contemporary atmosphere. The space is flexible and open, integrating outdoor landscapes with the interior. Sustainability is a key focus, with eco-friendly materials used throughout. The project aims to foster a sense of community while preserving the rich cultural heritage of Fuzhou, offering a peaceful and accessible environment for the elderly to relax and connect with nature.
