This upscale residential clubhouse in Shenzhen was designed to cater to intellectual elites and overseas returnees, blending Eastern and Western cultural elements into a sophisticated, luxurious environment. The design integrates advanced materials like Venus Stone and GRG, combining historical elegance with modern functionality. Key features include a striking "flower of light" chandelier, wave-like ceiling designs, and eco-friendly flooring. The space fosters relaxation and intellectual exchange, aligning perfectly with the discerning tastes and high standards of its residents.
