Designed by 4SPACE, Paros is a rooftop restaurant and bar at Taj JLT, Dubai, conceived as “The Island in the Sky.” Inspired by Cycladic architecture and Mediterranean minimalism, the venue balances calm daytime lounging with vibrant nightlife through a fluid composition of curved canopy forms, a rippled blue ceiling, reflective water, and tactile natural materials. A restrained palette of stucco, stone, wood, rope, and brass, combined with discreet operational planning, creates a seamless rooftop destination shaped by light, horizon, and atmosphere.
