JOI-Design transformed the former Arabella Brauneck Hotel into Flesslers Lenggries, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, drawing inspiration from the region’s rafting heritage and the glamour of the 1970s. The design combines authentic local references with contemporary hospitality, creating a distinctive guest experience that connects nature, culture and leisure. Bespoke detailing, regional materials and carefully curated interiors extend throughout the public spaces, guestrooms and newly added rooftop facilities, resulting in a cohesive destination that celebrates Bavarian identity while reinterpreting the building’s historic legacy for a new generation.
