Parklex Prodema applied Naturfloor‑W in the GOe – Gastronomy Open Ecosystem, selecting the Sand Oak finish to create a warm and cohesive interior landscape. Designed for high-traffic environments, the engineered timber flooring combines durability with a maintenance-free surface, ensuring consistent long-term performance in demanding public spaces. Engineered to respond to challenging climatic conditions, the flooring provides resistance to moisture, slip and wear, making it particularly suitable for the coastal environment of San Sebastián. Used throughout the project, including a striking monumental staircase, Naturfloor‑W defines a strong material identity while supporting sustainable design through its high renewable content and certified sourcing.
