The project required the coordinated installation of contrasting materials, seamlessly joining structural steel, timber and natural stone across a dramatic double-height entrance.

Every zone reflects technical precision. Acoustic engineering isolates fitness studios from quieter spaces, while integrated DMX lighting adapts the atmosphere throughout the day. A central corridor leads guests into a sunlit restaurant finished with gallery-inspired detailing.
