Kasian was commissioned to design Bond at Bankers Hall, a 30,000-square-foot tenant amenity floor within downtown Calgary's landmark Bankers Hall complex. Drawing from the historical character of the Hollingsworth Building, the design weaves old-world charm with contemporary sensibility, celebrating original exposed brick and wide-plank wood floors alongside deep black walls, dramatic stone, burnished brass, and custom lighting. A tenant lounge, conference centre, auditorium, and fitness facility flow into one another with quiet coherence. Named with intention, Bond has become exactly that: a place where people across four towers find common ground, and where the simple act of gathering feels meaningful.
