Kristina Zanic Consultants developed the CGI and visualization concept for The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel & Residences, the first international expansion of The Unexpected Hotels by Palladium Hotel Group, an Ibiza-born lifestyle brand rooted in music and immersive entertainment culture. Inspired by Cymatics, where sound waves generate visible patterns, the visual narrative translates rhythm, vibration, and movement into immersive spatial experiences. Through dynamic lighting, fluid geometries, and emotionally driven storytelling, the visualizations communicate the hotel’s unconventional identity and experiential character, reimagining visualization not as representation alone, but as a sensory medium capable of conveying energy, atmosphere, and emotion.
