Sushiyoshi presents a composed, meticulously controlled environment within the scale of MGM Macau. Inspired by sukiya‑zukuri principles, the design emphasizes spatial sequencing, material honesty, and quiet transitions. A subdued entry lined with bamboo‑slat louvers leads into a gently curved corridor before opening to the main dining room, anchored by an L‑shaped hinoki counter. Handcrafted timber chairs, matte stone flooring, and finely textured wall surfaces create a tactile, grounded atmosphere. The private dining room adopts deeper tones, marble accents, and botanical patterns, offering an intimate yet expressive complement. Throughout, proportion and precision define the experience.
