Fang Ting Properties was commissioned to undertake a full interior renovation of this 850 sq ft apartment in Covent Garden for three young professional tenants.

The project reconfigured an inefficient layout, reducing an oversized master bedroom to create a shared walk-in wardrobe and rationalising two bathrooms with walk-in showers. A neglected patio was transformed into an urban retreat, and an underutilised living room corner became a reading nook. Pocket doors, storage beds, and strategic spatial planning maximised functionality, delivering a warm, light-filled home designed for contemporary city living.
