Winner of the 2020 Planning Awards for ‘Best Housing Scheme,’ this project saw Studio G Interior Design commissioned to select all hard specifications and design a four-bedroom townhouse show home. The aesthetic defines contemporary organic luxury, blending soft, tactile textures with a neutral palette. Throughout the property, a sense of quiet luxury is achieved through the careful layering of natural materials—such as cane, light wood, and woven fabrics—perfectly complementing the building’s high-calibre architectural design and sustainable urban vision.
