Commissioned to design the Chin Hin Headquarters, Thinkscape Design Works reimagines the corporate workplace as a cohesive and future-ready environment. Guided by a “Connected Continuity” approach, the design integrates spatial planning, material expression, and circulation into a seamless experience across a high-density, 10-storey setting. A restrained palette reflects the company’s industrial roots, while a sculptural spiral staircase anchors movement and interaction. The result is a refined workplace that balances efficiency, adaptability, and brand identity, supporting both operational performance and a connected user experience.
