This project reimagines a traditional sales center as an immersive urban micro-vacation community. Guided by the concept of “floating islands,” the design integrates leisure, art, and daily life into a sequence of experiential spaces. Through layered spatial narratives, flexible functionality, and sustainable material strategies, it creates a dynamic environment that balances commercial purpose with emotional engagement, offering users a multi-sensory and future-oriented lifestyle experience.
