Penthouse for Miss X, designed by Giorgio Palermo and Elena Gregorutti of NIU, focused on transforming a 600 sqm duplex in Dubai into a highly personal and socially adaptable home. The client, a collector of contemporary art, required a space that could showcase their collection while supporting both everyday living and large gatherings.

A clear distinction between public and private areas was essential, with an open, flexible lower level for entertaining and a more intimate upper level for retreat. Spaces needed to shift easily in scale and function, with art integrated as a defining element of the overall spatial experience.
