Truong Ly Design Inc. designed the interiors for Cosmos by Amari, a gated villa community within Holistika, Tulum. The work was built around four spatial dualities: light and shadow as time made visible; indoor and outdoor as gradient rather than boundary; technical precision amplifying organic irregularity; mass and void establishing trust. Natural limestone, travertine, handcrafted tile, teak, tzalam wood, and raw concrete — materials that age in Tulum’s climate rather than resist it run across 10 Townhomes, 17 Mansion Villas, and one Grand Palace. Smart systems disappeared into the millwork. The Yucatán set the palette. Nothing was imported that didn’t belong.
