Design Command were appointed to transform The Sushi Co's fast casual interiors into a calm, contemporary dining experience. The studio designed the concept with a warm, refined palette inspired by Japanese detailing, introducing natural materials, soft textures and bespoke wallcoverings inspired by archival prints. Every element was selected to create a space which encourages guests to slow down and enjoy the space, while still supporting efficient day to day service. The result is a welcoming, elevated environment that brings a more thoughtful dining experience to each The Sushi Co site.
