BGYID was commissioned by British Land to design their Storey concept at Broadgate Tower, London. Transforming 12,900 sq ft into a premium workspace, the design specifically targets small businesses transitioning into their first private offices. The £4 million scheme features six adaptable private office suites, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, and a central shared amenity space. BGYID prioritized highly sustainable materials, including carbon-negative cork flooring, zero-VOC clay plaster, and recycled acoustic paneling. The resulting aesthetic balances sophisticated, timeless design with supreme operational flexibility, creating a dynamic multi-tenanted workspace that champions environmental responsibility and tenant wellbeing.
