AIM CREATE designed Kaisen Viking Iroha as a contemporary buffet restaurant that integrates spatial clarity with a refined dining experience. Centered around a circular buffet, the layout enables intuitive circulation while minimizing congestion during peak hours. The interior balances natural materials such as stone and wood with a restrained lighting scheme, creating a calm and cohesive atmosphere. Framed views of Tokyo Dome and the surrounding cityscape enhance the sense of place, connecting interior and exterior. The project redefines the buffet typology by combining operational efficiency with a composed and immersive spatial experience.
