LW Design conceived The Whispering Tree Spa at The Ritz Carlton, Masai Mara as a wellness sanctuary shaped directly by its forest setting. Elevated lightly within an untouched pocket of indigenous trees, the open-air spa dissolves the boundary between architecture and nature through canvas treatment rooms, natural materiality and immersive sensory design. Handmade Kenyan craftsmanship, filtered forest light and the sounds of the surrounding landscape replace conventional wellness theatrics, creating an experience rooted in stillness, reconnection and quiet presence.
