BellaBe Design was commissioned to transform an existing hospitality venue into Keller, a contemporary wine bar and restaurant founded by Dan Smith of the Michelin-starred Fordwich Arms and Elliott Ashton-König. Inspired by Whitstable's shoreline, sea breeze, sun-warmed sand, surrounding vineyards and local produce, the design combines mid-century influences, natural materials and timeless detailing to create a strong sense of place. Existing features, including the original Sapele bar, marble surfaces and timber panelling, were carefully restored and repurposed, creating a sustainable and authentic destination. The result is a refined yet relaxed environment centred around exceptional food, wine and hospitality.
