Hamilford Design was commissioned to transform a five-storey Notting Hill townhouse into a highly personalised family home. The project involved extensive reconfiguration and extension works, including unlocking previously underused lower ground floor space to create a gym and additional living accommodation. Original period features were retained and restored, while bespoke joinery, natural materials and carefully considered detailing were introduced throughout. A redesigned kitchen, dedicated media room and improved circulation have created a home that better supports modern family life, balancing everyday practicality with spaces for entertaining, working and relaxing.
