KTM Design transformed an empty shell into Lux Dental, a four-surgery flagship practice inspired by the elegance and discretion of boutique hospitality. Designed to feel reassuring rather than clinical, the practice replaces the traditional reception desk and waiting room with a series of relaxed seating areas and discreet digital check-in points. A separate rear staircase was introduced exclusively for staff, allowing the clinical team to move efficiently behind the scenes without disrupting patient areas, reinforcing the seamless hotel-like experience. Fully CQC compliant, Lux Dental demonstrates how thoughtful interior architecture can successfully combine operational excellence with sophisticated, patient-centred design.
