International VIP Lounge at Quito’s Mariscal Sucre International Airport is a contemporary hospitality space designed by Instudio for Quiport, with construction by Guerrero & Cornejo Arquitectos. Inspired by Quito’s UNESCO World Heritage historic center, the project reinterprets churches, theatres and plazas through warm lighting, pan de oro references, mosaics and refined materiality. The approximately 1,150 m² lounge accommodates 312 PAX and includes lounge areas, buffet spaces, workstations, spa facilities, bar, kitchen and a semi-covered terrace. Locally handcrafted decorative elements and exclusive large-scale photography reinforce the identity of Quito, creating a sophisticated and culturally rooted airport experience.
