Mezza—Maiso was commissioned to design Atelier 7121, the new event and seminar venue within the Boutique Hotel NILS am See hospitality ensemble. The project transforms a former utilitarian barn into a refined public hotel space for weddings, conferences, seminars, celebrations and cultural gatherings. Working with the existing structure, Mezza—Maiso developed a warm, tactile interior defined by natural materials, bespoke furniture, flexible zones and a strong relationship to the surrounding lake landscape. The result is a contemporary hospitality venue that balances adaptive reuse, operational flexibility and atmospheric depth.
