Chops Murouj reinterprets the restaurant experience as an immersive architectural environment where dining, movement and atmosphere become interconnected. Conceived as the third evolution of the Chops brand, the design transforms a complex glass-enclosed volume into a highly theatrical spatial experience. A raised open grill forms the visual centre of the restaurant, surrounded by amphitheatre-inspired seating that preserves uninterrupted sightlines throughout. Geometric abstraction, sculptural lighting and layered zoning create a strong architectural identity, while the seamless relationship between interior and outdoor spaces establishes a dynamic and memorable destination.
