MEC Design International designed the residential amenity spaces for THE NORTH RESIDENCE at Grand Green Osaka, a luxury residential tower located beside Osaka Station and an expansive urban park. Conceived under the concept of “THE PALACE,” the project reinterprets Neoclassical principles through a contemporary lens to create a refined sequence of arrival, reception, lounge and sky lounge amenity spaces. Through symmetry, spatial hierarchy, authentic materials and a balance of hospitality and privacy, the design establishes a timeless residential environment that reflects prestige, calm and enduring urban luxury.
