easyJet 800 Capability Green is a transformative 53,000sqft office refurbishment representing several firsts for easyJet: their first dedicated easyJet Holidays headquarters, their first time bringing two teams together, Holidays and Airlines, and their first workspace co-designed with employees. The new office represents the easyJet 'orange spirit'. By adopting a co-design approach involving employee representatives at all levels, Woodhouse delivered a vibrant, flexible and fully inclusive environment that employees are proud of and visitors enjoy. By tailoring the workplace to the different requirements and work cultures of both teams within one cohesive whole, it sets a new standard for easyJet's workspaces.
