Studio Materi transformed the conventional CGI process into an interactive design experience for this large family apartment in South Kensington, London. Using Immerse, its proprietary real-time visualisation platform developed with sister company Johanna Molineus Architects, the clients, who live overseas, were able to walk through their future home, compare layouts, materials, lighting and their own collection of furniture and artwork in real time, making informed design decisions before construction began. The result is a highly personalised family home shaped through collaboration rather than presentation.
