Located in Shibuya, the On Tokyo office sits at the intersection of work, live, and play — a workspace designed to encourage movement, foster community, and enable collaboration. Raw concrete, Japanese ash timber, and three wall finishes establish the material restraint that defines the On brand. Three traditional Japanese architectural elements give the space local identity: shakkei circular geometry frames views across the plan; shoji screens create partition through lightness and grid; a restored ReBonsai anchors the communal lounge.
