OP was commissioned to design and fit out CBRE’s new 16,549 sq ft regional HQ at Three Chamberlain Square, delivering the firm’s second-largest office outside London. The project has created a destination workplace for more than 150 employees, blending CBRE’s global standards while retaining a distinctly local personality. The space champions collaboration, wellbeing and sustainability through inclusive design, reclaimed local materials and ambitious BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold targets.
