Standing beside Signal Hill Garden and the historic Signal Tower—once home to Hong Kong’s typhoon signal system and time ball apparatus—the new Kimpton sits within a landscape where the city’s maritime past remains deeply embedded. HBA uses these physical and cultural relics as a conceptual anchor, crafting interiors that explore time as a spatial language.
