Studio Materi was commissioned to design the interior architecture and finishes for a corner-plot home within the Queen’s Park Conservation Area. The scheme centres on a calm, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, carefully composed to enhance light, flow and connection to the garden. A restrained palette of natural materials, including honed travertine and timber, creates a refined and textural backdrop for the client’s art and textile collection. Bespoke joinery and integrated elements bring clarity and functionality, while subtle, sustainable upgrades support comfort and long-term performance, resulting in a home that is both elegant and deeply considered.
